Hologram Booth — entertainment for corporate events

The hologram booth is a truss structure with a holographic screen designed to place the artist inside the show. What the audience sees is a single image: the DJ, host or performer surrounded by three-dimensional content that moves with them, with no visible line between the person and the projection. It works as both set design and act, because the booth is already a spectacle even when nobody is inside it.

Three sizes, depending on the venue

The format adapts to the room. The small indoor model uses a 5 × 3 m screen, a black backdrop, a stage of roughly one metre and a wide-angle projector flown overhead. The mid-size version, the one we use most in venues and clubs, is a booth of around 9 × 4.5 m. For large-scale events there is a truss with a 10.5 × 6 m screen, a stage at least 1.60 m high, a DJ table with no front panel and directional spots, with lighting control run from the booth.

What gets projected

Content is designed per event. It can be an abstract piece that follows the music, a 3D creature crossing the screen, a countdown, or the brand's graphic world turned into motion. That is the advantage over a conventional LED wall: the artist doesn't stand in front of a video, they stand inside it.

What we need from the venue

Darkness, height to fly or place the wide-angle projector, clear space in front of the screen so nobody breaks the beam, and a load-in plan that matches the size chosen. It is an indoor format. What size of hologram booth do I need?

It depends on the room and the audience size. For small indoor spaces we use a 5 × 3 m screen; the standard booth is around 9 × 4.5 m; and for large-scale events we use a truss with a 10.5 × 6 m screen. Send us the venue dimensions and floor plan and we'll tell you which one fits.

Is the artist inside the projection or behind it?

Inside. The booth is built to integrate the artist into the show, so the projected content wraps around them and the audience reads one single image. That's why the floor in front of the screen has to stay clear, so nobody breaks the beam.

Can it be used outdoors?

Not ideally. The projection needs darkness and a black backdrop for the contrast to work, so this is an indoor format. If your event is outdoors, tell us in contact form and we'll propose light or laser alternatives.
