Both. We can book a single artist or take care of the full production: script, technical set-up, set design, costumes, permits and on-the-day coordination.

Yes. A big part of our work is building formats from scratch around each client's message, audience and venue.

It depends on the number of performers, duration, technical requirements (lighting, sound, rigging, staging), travel and permits. A single welcome act and a drone show or a full themed production are very different budgets. We send a fixed quote once we know date, city and audience size. The earlier the better: the most in-demand artists get booked months ahead, especially during congress season and in December. That said, we do handle last-minute requests, so just ask about availability.

Every proposal itemises artist fees, technical needs, travel, per diems, insurance and coordination. Anything not included is stated in writing, so there are no surprises.

Cancellation terms are agreed in each contract. For outdoor shows (drones, fire, water, large-scale acts) we always propose a plan B or an alternative date.

Yes. We manage or coordinate the permits each show requires (drone flights, fire, use of public space) together with the venue and the relevant authorities.

We work with professional companies that carry public liability insurance. If the venue needs specific paperwork, we provide it.

Most can. Fire, pyrotechnics or drones indoors need specific venues and measures; we'll tell you what's feasible in your space.

Yes: logos and messages drawn by drones, scripts built around your values, costumes in your corporate colours, live artworks featuring your brand, or a product launch built into the act.
