The factors that weigh most

• Number of performers. A solo artist costs very differently from a twenty-dancer company such as Halcoronsa Dance.
• Duration and number of sets. One 7-minute set or three sets across the evening change the fee.
• Technical requirements. Sound, lighting, screens, rigging for aerial acts, staging.
• Customisation. Creating bespoke content (a drone choreography with your logo, a script built on your story) takes pre-production hours.
• Travel and per diems. Flights, accommodation and equipment transport.
• Permits and safety. Drone flights, fire, use of public space, fire crews or security staff when required.
• Date. December and peak congress season concentrate demand.
