Twenty-five years ago Barcelona hosted one of the most memorable Olympic Games ever, and one of the most iconic hotels on the Catalan coast opened its doors: the Meliá Sitges. We celebrated that coincidence using the Olympics as the common thread to look back on 25 successful years: food, live art, living statues, live cocktails, music and a grand tribute performance to Montserrat Caballé and Freddie Mercury.
